The Rainier III Nautical Stadium, managed by the Municipal Service of Sports and Associations, is an outdoor swimming pool located in the middle of Port Hercule.

The Olympic-size pool (50m x 25m) has 3.000m³ of seawater treated, filtered and heated to a very comfortable 27 °C. It has diving platforms of 1m, 3m, 5m and 10m in height as well as a flume and mini slide for younger customers. The beach areas around the pool have sun loungers and umbrellas for hire and the entire area is supervised by qualified life guards.

From 28th April to 14th October opening hours are
- from 28th April to 15th June: 09:00 to 18:00
- from 16th June to 9th September: 09:00 to 20:00
- from 10th September to 14th October: 09:00 to 18:00

NB. Closed at 18:00 every Monday, regardless of the period.
