Considered by many to be the finest restaurant on the Riviera, this Alain Ducasse delight has an opulent and dazzling setting in the heart of the Hôtel de Paris and holds three Michelin stars.

The menu is a Mediterranean and is a seasonal symphony of a style and haute cuisine that Alain Ducasse qualifies in one word as "essential". Specialities include Mediterranean sea bass studded with marjoram and cooked flat, Pyrenean baby lamb seasoned with Espelette pepper and roasted in the fireplace, and fennel and offal "alla romana".

The restaurant’s new look, designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, highlights the easy-going lifestyle of the French Riviera.

Lunch on Sunday and Monday, and Dinner from Thursday to Monday.

2. Hostellerie Jerome Restaurant, La Turbie

Chef Bruno Cirino prepares Mediterranean dishes that carefully showcase the flavours of local produce. A light and creative cuisine that you can enjoy in their elegant dining room with vaulted ceilings and frescoes or their shaded terrace overlooking the sea.

There are various tasting menus to choose from, featuring mouthwatering dishes. Combine them with a bottle from their extensive wine list, carefully selected by head sommelier Marion.

The restaurant is open for dinner only Wednesday - Sunday except in July and August when it is open every evening.

Recognized worldwide for his amazing cuisine, mixing traditional Japanese dishes and South American spices and aromas.

“For me, cooking is most about giving my customers little surprises that will lead them to make discoveries about their own latent tastes. It’s about communicating my kokoro through every single dish I make”.

New for 2015, the restaurant will be open for lunch every Sunday from noon to 4pm. A part of the restaurant will be dedicated to children so you can dine in peace and they can enjoy a special Sunday of their own.

Every day, from 6pm to 9pm, enjoy a fabulous Happy Hour aperitif with Nobu bites and good music!

Joel Robuchon Restaurant, Monte-Carlo interior

4. Metropole Monte-Carlo Restaurant

Located in Hotel Metropole, this restaurant is lead by Executive Chef Christophe Cussac. It holds two Michelin stars.

This is a culinary experience as well as a visual experience thanks to the theatre décor and the outstanding view over Monte-Carlo from the terrace. The cuisine is Mediterranean, with Michelin-star touches.

Open every day except on Wednesday for lunch and dinner.
