Modeled after the same stylish and contemporary look and feel of all of the brand’s locations around the world, Nikki Beach at Fairmont Monte Carlo will be adorned in plush, all-white sun beds. Guests will be able to spend their days and evenings around the pool while indulging in refreshing cocktails, endless champagne and an extensive menu of delectable dishes representative of all the countries Nikki Beach is located including delicious salads, creative sushi rolls, original seafood entrees and slow-roasted free-range rotisserie chicken.

Open daily from 09:00 until late.

The décor is elegant and refined. The musical atmosphere is gentle and relaxing. They also have a terrace that offers views of an exotic garden with tropical plants. It is decorated with hanging lights in red cloth that refer to the festival of lights Loy Krathong in Thailand.

Sushis, sashimis, makis and other Japanese specialities are made by the Japanese Chef Ryuji Kakizaki.

The Thai dishes are prepared by an exclusively Thai team, headed by young French Chef Christophe Dupuy.

New to the beach club is 'The MIST' terrace, a cool curtain for your well-being and comfort. An environmentally friendly process offering immediate refreshment.

The beach with its white cotton beds, olive trees and bamboo is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. The Lounge, a true heart that beats to the rhythm of jazz concerts and restaurant where chef Laurent Paya prepares for you the very best of local produce.

Sumosan, the award-winning Japanese cuisine excels in serving the very best sushi and sashimi, coupled with innovative main courses to delight and excite any palate.Alternatively, choose from classic regional Italian starters, indulge in superb pasta and risottos served in bespoke copper pots, or try our renowned Neopolitan pizzas.

The restaurant is open from 19:00 until 01:00 when the Twiga Sumosan transforms into one of the hottest nightclubs in Monaco. Snacks of pizza and focaccia are served until 04:00.

The nightclub at Twiga is born from the experience derived or gained from the Billionaire Clubs, one of the legendary nightclubs and a worldwide famous brand. Twiga Monte Carlo nightclub was created to appeal to a chic international clientele, including stars of show business, fashion and sport and to become a rendez-vous for the International Jet-Set.

The elegant and sophisticated setting is perfect for a romantic dinner, a business lunch or a meal with friends. Chef Simon Maringoni is a passionate young Italian chef, always in search of new flavours and combinations of amazing products. He will delight you with his Modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. He has worked alongside some of the most recognised Italian chefs.

Lunch: 12:15-14:15, Dinner 19:30-22:45 (and 23:45 Friday & Saturday evenings).

This small but busy vegan restaurant has a terrace overlooking the beach and a small number of inside tables.

As well as serving food to eat in or take away, they also have a small shop serving speciality food items.

Lunch: Tuesday - Sunday, 12:00-14:30 and Dinner: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 19:00-21:00.

Have a drink in the bar under the cavernous ceiling, taking in the giant Buddha and Asian décor.  Or eat sushi or sophisticated Chinese food on one of the two open air terraces. It would be a shame to miss this Monegasque institution.
