Indoor swimming pool, Monte-Carlo

Located in the heart of Monte Carlo, close to the upper floors of a building consisting of shops, a municipal crèche and many car parks.

The freshwater swimming pool is 18m x 12m, and is heated to between 28 ° and 32 °. The pool is supervised by graduate Masters Swimming-Rescue.

In addition to the pool, the hotel has a fully equipped gym equipment such as rower, bike, step, multifunctional, ironing abs, dance bar, where work can be done in free service.

Opening:
The pool is open all year except August and between Christmas and New Year's Day and holidays.

Tennis Club de Monaco, Cap d'Ail

2. Tennis Club de Monaco, Cap d'Ail

This tennis club has 4 outdoor clay tennis courts and 1 mini-tennis court, all floodlit for evening games.

The courts can be booked from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 19:30. In addition to the tennis courts, there is also a fitness room with several Star Trac machines (rowing machines, treadmills, bicycles, altars etc.). It is available for club members.

As well as the chance to become and member they also run a children's tennis school and a junior club for children aged 12 to 18 years old. Non-members can rent courts from €40 per hour.

The Club House is open from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 16:00 and offers a catering service for lunches, as well as a refreshment or a cocktail on the panoramic terrace with sea view.

They welcome all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners who want to deepen into a rich and peaceful life. Offering classes in yoga, meditation, mindfulness and restorative practice. Discover freedom of body, heart and mind.

They teach kids, teens, pre+postnatal, middle age and seniors. You don't need to be supple or eat veggies only to benefit from yoga, it suits anybody. Unless you are a ballet dancer or gymnast, it's very normal to feel tight, so don't worry if touching your toes seems impossible. The good news is that with regular practice, yoga is extremely effective at improving flexibility.

It doesn't matter what it looks like, it matters what it feels like.

Stade nautique Rainier III Swimming Pool, Monaco

4. Stade nautique Rainier III Swimming Pool

The Rainier III Nautical Stadium, managed by the Municipal Service of Sports and Associations, is an outdoor swimming pool located in the middle of Port Hercule.

The Olympic-size pool (50m x 25m) has 3.000m³ of seawater treated, filtered and heated to a very comfortable 27 °C. It has diving platforms of 1m, 3m, 5m and 10m in height as well as a flume and mini slide for younger customers. The beach areas around the pool have sun loungers and umbrellas for hire and the entire area is supervised by qualified life guards.
