Situated within the Fairmont Monte-Carlo hotel this spa offers 900 square metres of delightful and relaxing spa experience.

This light and airy spa includes two couples experience suites with double tubs, double steam showers and overhead rain showers as well as an authentic hamman and experiential showers in the men’s lounge area.

The ladies lounge is the perfect place for friends to gather and socialize over healthy bento box lunches while at the spa. The spa also has treatment suites where the perfect solo escape allows guests to design their very own personalized experience like the Monte Carlo Sea Escape in their very own private spa.

Open to guests and non-guests alike, every day 9:00-21:00.

Superbly spacious at 750 square metres, the facility features five lavish treatment rooms, including a luxury VIP suite for couples, as well as two outdoor treatment pavilions with mesmerising Mediterranean views.

Enjoy the luxury spa at the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat and experience the range of signature facial and body treatments by Dr. Burgener and Biologique Recherche. Between treatments, stroll or sit in the Spa Garden with sea-view sun terraces. Deepen your relaxation in the hydrotherapy circuit, featuring men’s and women’s private steam rooms and saunas, a sensorial shower, whirlpool bath and ice fountain.

Le Spa also includes indoor and outdoor fitness options, and a tea bar serving herbal teas and fresh juices. Yoga and Pilates sessions are offered as fitness sessions with a private coach for one or two people maximum. Booking and timing depend on the coach's availability.

The spa is closed (along with the hotel) during the winter months of November to March.

ESPA is not just about cosmetics, but state of the art facilities: this sanctuary in Hôtel Metropole has Crystal Stream rooms, a soothing caldarium, stimulating ice fountain and two lifestyle showers that create a refreshing burst of cool mint mist, or tropical rain. To rest mind as well as body there is a candle lit relaxation room where guests can cocoon themselves, or a private sundeck for some natural rays. The 10 treatment rooms are adorned with natural materials – Pallasandra wood, slate and shimmering leather – and the natural fragrance of ESPA candles waft throughout. Two private suites can also be enjoyed.

This spa 2 heated pools and an outdoor jacuzzi with wonderful views of the sea, as it is located in the Cap Estel Hotel, on a peninsula. They also have a sauna and steam room, plus a huge range of beauty treatments with Sothys skin care products.

Some of the services include face and body treatments, hairdressing and make-up, as well as slimming and firming treatments, all of them personalised.

There is also a gym, with the possibility of a personal trainer, a relaxation area, and an outdoor salt-water swimming pool with a jacuzzi.

The spa is free for hotel guests. Non-residents must book a package, usually of half a day including lunch, with access to the installations.

Open every day 9:00-19:00 during low season, and 8:00-20:00 in peak season.
