Featuring eight dates over the two weeks, this Autumn will see Monte-Carlo in full swing and come alive with the sounds of world-class jazz music.

The jazz quartet, James Farm, kicks off the festival on the 23rd of November; "The band infuses traditional acoustic jazz quartet instrumentation with a progressive attitude and modern sound, creating music that is rhythmically and technically complex and at the same time harmonically rich, melodically satisfying, and emotionally compelling."

Next up, Avishai Cohen will take to the stage alongside the Orchestra Philharmonique de Monte Carlo. The Israeli jazz musician, singer and composer will perform with his trio and in collaboration with the orchestra.

Rounding up the Festival is the marvellous Barbara Hendricks, the American opera singer who made her jazz debut at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 1994 and has since then performed regularly in renowned jazz festivals throughout the world with the Magnus Lindgren Quartet.

Other acts to perform include, Melody Gardot, Gregory Porter and Dutch singer Selah Sue. For the full line up and more information, check out our events calendar.
