Making its debut at the 2017 Monaco Yacht Show that begins on Wednesday 27th September 2017, the new hybrid superyacht is part of a collaboration between luxury yacht builders, Dynamiq, and the Studio F.A. Porsche.

Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche (1935-2012), grandson of the Porsche founder, always sought the unusual. Successfully so. He developed the Porsche 911 design, which quickly became the epitome of the sports car and, like many other items designed by Professor F. A. Porsche, it became a design classic. Now the Studio F.A. Porsche have turned their hand to yacht design.

"It was clear to us from the beginning that the design for this kind of luxury product would have to take the lead from automobile manufacturing. Not only since this is part of our DNA, but because the sports car industry is a global leader in exterior and interior design."

Roland Heiler, CEO of Studio F.A. Porsche, added: "Taking the spirit of high-performance sportscar styling to the high seas, the Dynamiq GTT 115 is designed to appeal to car lovers and forward-thinking yacht owners who appreciate the advantages of speed, style and our philosophy of intelligent performance."

The new hybrid yacht, the GTT 115, is being pitched as a Gran Turismo for the seas. Key features include a spa pool on the upper deck as well as a discreet al fresco dining area. For added comfort, the deck the cushions are the same as those in the Porsche 911 R sports car and the interior design is by Minotti, with their trademark leather furnishings, carbon fibre detailing and Sahara Noir marble.

If you fancy a closer look then the yacht will be at the Monaco Yacht Show from Wednesday 27th until Saturday 30th September 2017. With a price tag of around €14 million, you might want to check with your bank manager before making that purchase...
