History

Established in 2006 under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, the glamorous Amber Lounge Fashion Show has become the most anticipated event in the F1 social calendar. With coveted front row seats filled by leading figures from entertainment, fashion, sport and royalty – the Amber Lounge Fashion Show pushes the limits by combining couture and motorsport, and has evolved to become an extravagant charity event.

The world’s top supermodels, including Petra Nemcova, Jessica Michibata, and Liliana Matthäus, regularly frequent the Amber Lounge runways, modeling the latest collections from designers such as Julien Macdonald, Herve Leger, Missoni, La Perla, and Jimmy Choo. As Amber Lounge is deeply rooted in Formula One culture, our unique runways also feature top F1 drivers trading in the cockpit for the catwalk, modeling the most luxurious menswear.

Beyond the style and the high-profile media attention, Amber Lounge Fashion has raised more than $4 million for charitable organisations including the Special Olympics, the Elton John AIDS Foundation and the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.
