This famous speciality gourmet deserves to be celebrated in Monaco! With no sauce this ravioli stuffed with Swiss chard is fried before eating.

This year, A Roca organises the second edition of the Fete du Barbagiuan. A Roca continue to honour tradition and now produces more than a million Barbagiuan every year, with the greatest of respect for the original recipe.

The event will take place on 3rd and 4th June 2016 from 8:30 to 17:00 on the Place du Marché de la Condamine in Monaco. There will be gourmet cooking demonstrations, plenty of tastings, cooking workshops for children and adults and of course everything will be decorated.
