Flying in to celebrate the 70th birthday party of her father earlier this month, rumour has it that Princess Charlene donned a red wig and a cowgirl costume to catch her dad completely unaware.

Taking to the microphone to perform her very own version of Kenny Rogers' classic song 'The Gambler', she delighted her father and his guests. Princess Charlene, the former South African Olympic swimmer, brought with her personalised gifts that included a special cigar, playing cards and gambling chips that has been custom-made with the faces of all his grandchildren and other family photos. Another gift was a life size portrait of Prince Albert and Charlene, together with their twins - 14-month-old Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.

the much loved Princess then quickly returned to Monaco to her children and to continue her duties alongside her husband, Prince Albert II.
