Dom Perignon P2 'pop-up' in Monaco
Hotel de Paris serves up the bubbles this Spring
From 7th March to 31st May 2016, one of the iconic suites of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo will become a magical 'pop-up' venue for Dom Perignon. The champagne house will be presenting their mythical P2 1998 vintage in the original, refined and legendary setting of suite 321-322.
This unique 'pop-up' venue will see Dom Perignon decorating the suite in a striking and luxurious bronze and black design, using the only finest materials and offering a very special dining experience.
Since its inception in 1854, many personalities from around the world are scrambling to stay at the majestic property of the Hôtel de Paris. From Winston Churchill to the princes, kings and head of state and even hosting the wedding reception of Hollywood star Errol Flynn, the Hôtel de Paris has passed through the years without ever losing her sophisticated allure.
At the heart of this concept is a dinner created by Alain Ducasse and directed by the Executive Chef of the Hôtel de Paris, Franck Cerutti, around the Dom Perignon champagne P2 1998. The menu will reveal the uniqueness of this rare cuvée.
* From € 4,500 per night, dinner for 2 persons.
