As one of the most anticipated sporting events in the Monaco calendar - and there are a fair few! - the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters tennis tournament will not only bring some of the biggest names in tennis to Monaco, but along with them will be the crowds of supporters excited to watch their heroes in action.

The tennis courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club will once again host this illustrious event that will see the 'it' crowd of Monaco rubbing shoulders with athletes, celebrities, Royalty and die-hard tennis fans.

As you can imagine in the compact principality of Monaco, parking during this kind of event is likely to cause significant difficulties, but luckily once again the SNCF have come to the rescue. For the past twenty years they have opened a temporary station at the Country Club and run an increased train service to accommodate the thousands of people who will be travelling into the principality for the event.

During the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters tournament which runs from the 9th to 17th April 2016, trains will stop at the Monte-Carlo Country Club between Monaco and Roquebrune Cap Martin. The train will drop you 600 metres from Entrance 4 of Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters.

Passengers can also (if necessary) alight at Monaco train station and then use the Principality’s bus services (Buses 1, 4 or 6) to get to the Monte-Carlo Country Club.

Details of additional trains and the timetable for the duration of the event can be found on the SNCF website.
