David Coultard & Monaco Royals in short film
Channel 4 film takes a look at the 2017 Monaco Grand Prix
Filmed just before the 2017 Monaco Grand Prix, the 7-minute short film features former driver and Monaco resident David Coultard, their Royal Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene and former F1 boss Eddie Jordan.
Screened on Channel 4 in the UK on race day the short film gives us an insight into the history and prestige of the event and tells us just why this race is so special. David Coultard brings Princess Charlene to lunch, arriving by speedboat, whilst former Monaco GP winner, Mark Webber (2010 and 2012) arrives with Prince Albert II via helicopter. Met on dry land by Channel 4 TV presenter Steve Jones, the group are then joined by former F1 boss, Eddie Jordan, who 'cycles' from his private yacht on a Schiller S1 water bike.
Showcasing the Principality of Monaco at its finest the short film was posted on the Palais Princier de Monaco's facebook page and has already over 378,000 views.
