Texas play Monaco 2017
Sharellen Spiteri & Texas live in concert this November
The Scottish rock and pop band have had a career spanning some 30 years and are still churning out the hits and some classic tunes in 2017 as their ninth studio album, Jump on Board.
Perhaps better known for their White on Blonde album from 1997 with hits such as Halo, Say What You Want and Black Eyed Boy, Texas formed in 1986 and made their performing debut in Dundee in 1988. Lead singer, Sharleen Spiteri hails from Glasgow in Scotland and began life as a hairdresser before cutting her teeth in the music business. Sing, songwriter and guitarist this talented woman has fronted the band Texas since its inception.
The band will be performing live this November 2017 in Monte-Carlo in the magnificent Opera Garnier venue. Touring in the wake of their new album release, they are sure to play a few classics along with the new hits from Jump on Board.
