A rowing club that supports athletes and amateurs in Monaco to reach their goals, whether they are leisure based or competitive.
Recreational rowing allows everyone to find their own interest, and as a sport it develops both physical qualities of endurance, strength and motor coordination.
On the water in port or at sea (and in the dining room!), the club is open to all, all year round from Monday to Saturday. Initiation for adult beginners runs every Saturday from 10am to 12:00. Qualified instructors will provide technical and educational monitoring on water, ergometer and fitness, as well as safety boats motors.
Rowing in the rivers, lakes and sea are also available in France and Italy. It allows participants to discover other practice sites and meet other rowers.
