Directions
Parking at the Col de la Coupiere follow the GR51 trail south. After a short while you must take the variant called 'rossignola' which take the trail to your left after several hundred meters. Shortly after crossing a small river you rejoin the larger track just after entering the wooded area. You take the small trail off to your left and follow it through the woods again until it reaches the clearing near the Col du Mont- Gros. Here take a left and walk on the sunny path facing the sea. Here you can see the paragliding landing area. After a short while the path descends a series of zig zags and then heads east, then north again as you skirt around the hillside. Follow the trail through the woods to rejoin the path you left earlier near the larger dirt road, keeping left. Follow the trail north to return to the start.
