There are various tasting menus to choose from, featuring mouthwatering dishes. Combine them with a bottle from their extensive wine list, carefully selected by head sommelier Marion.

The restaurant is open for dinner only Wednesday - Sunday except in July and August when it is open every evening.

Located on the eighth floor of the hotel, this restaurant offers a reinterpretation of Mediterranean gourmet dishes. In summer, the roof slides back to reveal the sky and what has to be one of the most beautiful views on the French Riviera.

Some of the Grills legendary dishes from past and present include: Scallops, chimney braised radicchio, Herb crusted rack of Sisteron Lamb… Amongst the dessert choices, the famous soufflé, on the menu since 1898, is an all-time favourite.

Open daily for breakfast from 7:30-10:30, and lunch 12:30 to 14:00 and dinner 19:30-22:00.

This restaurant starts its day by selecting the best catches from the local fishermen. The team then splits the best produce between the tanks and the kitchen, while the Chef dresses the fish counter in the Boutique. You may choose your fish directly from their Boutique counter, have it weighed and decide how you want it cooked: raw, grilled, “à la plancha”, roasted, steamed or in salt crust. 

Service runs daily from 12:00 until midnight, non-stop, during the summer months. In the winter service is from 12:00 until 23:00.

The Horizon proposes a Mediterranean food based on local products.

Open every day from 6:30-11:00 for breakfast, and Monday to Saturday for lunch from 12:00-15:00.

This is a culinary experience as well as a visual experience thanks to the theatre décor and the outstanding view over Monte-Carlo from the terrace. The cuisine is Mediterranean, with Michelin-star touches.

The menu is a Mediterranean and is a seasonal symphony of a style and haute cuisine that Alain Ducasse qualifies in one word as "essential". Specialities include Mediterranean sea bass studded with marjoram and cooked flat, Pyrenean baby lamb seasoned with Espelette pepper and roasted in the fireplace, and fennel and offal "alla romana".

The restaurant’s new look, designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, highlights the easy-going lifestyle of the French Riviera.

Lunch on Sunday and Monday, and Dinner from Thursday to Monday.

This is an ideal place for lunch or dinner in the heart of Monte-Carlo, right on the legendary Place du Casino, to enjoy the cuisine prepared by Chef Jean-Claude Brugel. In true brasserie style the waiters sweep by holding aloft succulent plates of seafood in season, tempting dishes of the day and traditional fare.

Outside the terrace offers you the privilege of being “outside” at any time of the year. This space can also be booked for groups of up to 100 people (maximum). Open year round, from breakfast until late into the night, the terrace bar is the place to savour a wide range of drinks and exotic cocktails.

For a quick lunch they offer sandwiches with delicious fillings, pies and salads. Or, with a little more time, there is also the choice between the dishes of the day or an a la carte menu.

Open Monday-Friday 08:00-15:00 and 17:30-00:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00 and 18:00-00:00, closed Sunday.

The elegant and sophisticated setting is perfect for a romantic dinner, a business lunch or a meal with friends. Chef Simon Maringoni is a passionate young Italian chef, always in search of new flavours and combinations of amazing products. He will delight you with his Modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. He has worked alongside some of the most recognised Italian chefs.

Lunch: 12:15-14:15, Dinner 19:30-22:45 (and 23:45 Friday & Saturday evenings).

Chef Henri Geraci cooks right in front of you and share with you his passion for ingredients and flavours. His cuisine is creative and constantly evolving, influenced by the seasons and by his many trips abroad. He only uses fresh ingredients from local markets.

Henri's wife Fabienne does the service and will make you feel at home.

Really reasonably priced food, with a good atmosphere and an outdoor terrace

All their products are fresh, carefully chosen at the market every day. Their few specialities include, carciofi alla romana e alla giudia, bucatini alla amatriciana, spaghetti alla gricia, tonnarello cacio e pepe and pizzas.
